Welcome to Props Lacrosse!
Props Lacrosse is Seattle’s premier non-profit youth lacrosse club, serving players in grades 1–8 from the Ballard, Ingraham, and Nathan Hale high school zones.
Our mission is to make lacrosse fun, accessible, and inclusive for every child who wants to play. We welcome both boys and girls and follow USA Lacrosse boys’ rules and equipment guidelines.
Our Programs
Grades 1/2 – Props Academy:
Younger players can join our free Props Academy in April and May, a fun, non-contact introduction to the sport focused on skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building.
Grades 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8:
The spring lacrosse season kicks off in February and runs through May/early June, with two practices per week and weekend games across the greater Seattle area.

We proudly embrace the Positive Coaching Alliance’s “ELM” philosophy — emphasizing Effort, Learning, and Mistakes as the keys to growth. Our coaches, parents, and players work together to honor the game, respect opponents, and create a positive, supportive environment for everyone.
Facilities
Practices and Academy sessions are held at Loyal Heights Playfield and Whitman Middle School.
Home games take place at Whitman Middle School, while away games offer the opportunity to compete against other teams across the greater Seattle Metro area.
